Fair Use Policy

DeployBox strictly prohibits the deployment of certain types of applications to protect our network and comply with legal requirements.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use DeployBox to host, distribute, or link to any of the following:

• Cryptocurrency Miners: Any software designed to mine cryptocurrency (e.g., Monero, Bitcoin).
• Phishing Sites: Deceptive sites designed to steal login credentials, credit card details, or personal data.
• Card Fraud / Scams: Marketplaces or scripts related to credit card fraud, identity theft, or financial scams.
• Spam / Bulk Mailing: Scripts or applications designed to send unsolicited bulk emails.
• Pirated Content: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material (movies, software, music).
• Malware / Command & Control: Hosting viruses, trojans, botnet C&C servers, or attack scripts.

2. Enforcement

We employ automated risk scoring and manual review processes. If your deployment is found to violate this policy, we will immediately and permanently suspend your account, delete your data, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

3. Resource Limits

Even for permitted applications, you may not use DeployBox to excessively consume CPU, RAM, or network bandwidth in a way that impacts other users. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend resource-intensive applications.
